Brief Description
PartyGaming is offering a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and achievement driven person for the position of Java developer. In this role you would assume the responsibility of developing and maintaining software applications within company standards of all PartyGaming products.
Develop and maintain software applications
Optimize code for performance
Participate in discussions on software technical issues
Job Requirements
Your skills and qualifications would ideally include:
· 2 or more years hands-on experience with Java programming
· 1 or more years experience with SQL for RDBMS strongly preferred
· experience with JDBC and JDBC transaction control
· experience with POJO and web servlet development
· ability to follow design and code style guidelines
· ability to understand and reuse existing code base
· ability to read performance reports and optimize code for performance
· working knowledge of English language
An advantage would be:
· experience with SVN or other code repository system
· experience with Struts2 framework
