Network Administrator / Support
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written;
• Experience with networking and LAN technology;
• Windows NT/Win2k knowledge;
• Good knowledge of Linux (UNIX) OS;
• Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory knowledge;
• Intermediate or Higher English Language level.
Responsibilities:
• Controlling the internal and external service processes;
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information;
• Monitoring and diagnostic of each customer solutions;
• Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
