System / Network Administrator
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of Network and MS Windows 2k / Linux or UNIX OS and Internet applications;
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information;
• Knowledge of business process and office necessary information;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Good written & spoken technical English.
Responsibilities:
• Controlling the internal and external service processes;
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information;
• Planning and implementation the security of the company information system;
• Hardware maintenance & monitoring of network and system security.
