Communication and Interior Design Manager

Our client is an international retail company a world leader in its sector. The company is starting its operations in Bulgaria and is currently looking for professionals to fill in the position of:

INTERIOR DESIGN MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in interior design & visual merchandising experience
• 3+ experience in people management
• Must have a sense for aesthetics with a commercial point of view
• Should be familiar with store media and display techniques
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in planning layouts
• Must be able to lead a team
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Must speak and understand English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will lead the Communications and Interior Design Department
• Supports the Sales Managers in the area of visual merchandising
• Follows-up the budgets
• Responsible for the department team training and development
• Participates in the management of products portfolio
• Ensures the implementation of the company’s concepts and policies
• Maintains knowledge of the local competitive market
• Takes part in the development and implementation of the annual business plan
• Responsible for the planning, execution and follow-up of the commercial calendar
