Technical Help Desk Engineer
Requirements:
• Very good communications skills;
• Knowledge of network and communication technologies;
• Very good knowledge of MS Windows OS and Internet applications;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Excellent written & spoken German.
Responsibilities:
• Controlling the internal and external service processes;
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information;
• Monitoring and diagnostic of each customer solution observing SLA’s;
• First Clearing operation (removal of failures according to defined regulations and instructions).
